  • Pharmacy staff is dumber than a box of rocks. I did a prescription transfer from Safeway via the website. I set the pick up time yesterday and stopped by the drive thru and the pharmacy tech claimed to not know that you could transfer scripts using the website. He also claimed that nothing was on my profile and they would have to manually call Safeway to transfer. Now 2 hours later I get an email saying there's an issue with my insurance when it was approved at Safeway. I don't think I will transfer any other prescriptions here again soon.
