  • Used this company twice after reading the good reviews and was happy with their service. Then they missed a scheduled appt. Because of the missed appt, the issues in the pool became worse. After 5 voicemails ( no live person ever answers) and an online email I still have received no response!!! I'm moving on to a company that might actually answer their phones. Maybe a new receptionist??
