  • I took two pairs of leather soled shoes in to have new leather heels put on them. I asked "can you put the same kind of heel on " the answer was "yes." When my husband picked the shoes up they had put rubber heels on my leather shoes.!!! Yesterday, I spoke to someone who said they could only put rubber heels on the shoes. They didn't have any leather heels to put on. I was so angry and so upset I just couldn't believe that someone would do something like that. Today, I spoke with Jesus and he said that he had no responsibility he was just told to put the rubber heels on my shoes and that's what he did. I told him the workmanship was not even close to being workmanship because it was so sloppy. They even got dye on my neutral colored shoes!! I asked for a refund and was declined . I've taken them to another cobbler for repair. If you want a beautiful pair of shoes ruined take them here.
