  • Beware of this Company! Jeffrey agreed to service our refrigerator on Sunday 12/24 from 8 am-10 am. Eventually showed at 1:30 pm after numerous excuses. Did not have the proper tools or work vehicle but I was desperate for the repair. After numerous trips back to his office for parts which he never replaced and causing a power outage in the kitchen, Jeffrey finally declared the refrigerator was working @ 7:00 pm. His opinion of working while leaving my other kitchen appliances with out power. When it came time for payment, Jeffrey wanted cash and I wanted the balance paid on a credit card to assure he would be back to complete the job. Surprise... credit card machine not working. At this point I paid a partial cash payment to end this nightmare so we could continue with our Christmas Eve. Needless to say the refrigerator never worked and is in worse shape after the service call. I will have no further contact with this company and would advise others to stay away from this companies deceptive trade practices.
