rev:text	My newly powdercoated wheels (a gift) were damaged in their car wash. I felt my car bump as the teenager lead me in a direction that was way off from what I was seeing in the mirror. I figured there were bumpers to protect from damage, but apparently not, being in a while things still didn't feel lined up properly... My hands were off the wheel as they should be until it felt like it was about to go up over the rails. I grabbed the wheel, it centered itself and came down and from then on it was smooth and back on track... I checked my wheels AS SOON AS I GOT OUT. Because I was basically having a panic attack at this point.... and what do I see but a friggin scratch and damage to the wheel!!!! Ugh!! Now as a teacher, I'm used to getting treated badly, but to be called a liar and them refusing to take any responsibility is ridiculous. They told me it was impossible for cars to get damaged in their wash because they maintain it so well... Theresa is a terrible GM in the sense that she should know that it's worth the $100 to repair the damage you caused to a customer's car than for me to tell this story to every teacher and all the people in my car club never to go to Fabulous Freddy's again. Extremely disappointed. I'll eat the cost, even though I shouldn't have to. Terrible customer service.
