  • Back here again for our second time since the holidays. The food is great , the desserts are incredible, especially the pecan pie with salted butter ice cream, oh my!! I will say, once you pay the bill, you are dead to them. We had just paid our $350 dinner bill, the waiter picked up the check and left. We were still chatting and finishing up our drinks when I accidentally knocked over a wine glass, breaking it into six pieces, spilling the wine all over the table. We were picking up the large chards of wine glass when the waiter came back over and asked for his pen, he must have left after we signed the bill, we found his pen in the Malay and handed it to him, he sauntered off as if there wasn't a broken wine glass on our table. Only thing I can figured is because the bill had already been paid and he has already been tipped. We had to flag down another employee to help us clean it up. When we were leaving, the two hostesses were wrapped up in their nightly to do list and didn't even say thank you or goodnight as we past them. No one even acknowledged us as we left. We past by 10 employees. I don't know, maybe it's me, but customer service should be 100% until the customer is out of the door. All that yummy food, wine and dessert we had and this is what I remember most from the night. The easiest thing to make perfect is your customer service, Ironic wouldn't you say. Oh and the bathrooms were gross when I went in at 10:15. Water and paper towels all over the floor and sink area, no toilet paper in the stalls, we used toilet seat liners, I Know! GA-ROSS! just plain messy. The devil is in the details people! Hoping they read this and take it constructively, we WILL be back , but when I pay a premium for a nice dinner , Is it too much to want toilet paper and a thank you. Did I mention the pecan pie to to die for?
