  • Let me first say, that this place is awesome. Everyone is very friendly, their level of professionalism is surprising, seeing as it is located in Madison. I'm also the type of guy who is obsessed about his hair, so trust me when I say that they know what they're doing. I have been going here for over 3 years, and have never been disappointed, except..... don't let Erin cut your hair. I'm not sure if that's her exact name, but she is relatively short, older (about 40-50 years old), a bit wider than the average person and uses a cane and has blue hair. I often get haircuts without scheduling a time, so I normally get the first available person, which normally turns out to be her. At first I thought this was a coincidence, but then after giving her 4 chances to get a simple haircut right (longer on top, shorter on the sides), she has failed every time. She would miss patches of hair, she would start off doing the wrong haircut and then have to correct her mistakes, or she would cut much shorter than I asked. I have given her way too many chances! Always avoid her by any means. If she is the only one available, leave and schedule an appointment. So in summary, this place is great, this is the best place in Madison. But by all means, AVOID ERIN!
