  • I can't say enough about the doctors, nurses, and staff at Total Spine!!! My husband had been having back and leg problems for almost a year, had been to various other doctors, chiropractors, therapists--no one had even come close to relieving his pain. I called their number hoping they wouldn't need a referral to see him. I spoke to the woman who asked us some insurance questions, personal info, and then presto-we had an appointment for the next day! They have three offices around Charlotte, and his was at the Ballantyne office. Jim went for his initial appointment, and was sent immediately for an MRI. He then had a few follow-up appointments, and the doctor recommended him for surgery. He got an appointment with the surgeon, and met with him, and he sat and answered all of our questions, without rushing us or making us feel unimportant, even though we knew his time was very rare and valuable. They were very good about getting him pain medication before the surgery as well, understanding that he was in a lot of pain and needed relief before the surgery date. We got a second opinion and had no problem getting our scans from them, which we returned later before the surgery. The surgery went flawlessly, and we saw immediate results. Again, Dr. Tsahakis met with me and explained how it went, and what we could expect in the next few weeks. I have so much faith in the staff there--they treated us with such care, and gave my husband relief from his ailment. I recommend them 100% to anyone with back or spine problems.
