  • There clearly needs to be an adjustment for the ratings on the Vegas strip because they all seem to be seriously overrated. Holstein's is a slight step above chains like Red Robin. We tried the primary recommendations like the Lobster Mac n Cheese, as well as the Rising Sun and Gold Standard burgers, all of which were barely above mediocre. The S'mores Shake was also just a glamorized DQ blizzard. Starting to realize all of the best Vegas eating is off the strip (not surprising).
