Rented a 2015 travel trailer for an extended road trip. For a trailer that was only 2 years old this thing was beat to crap. It was also not quite what I would call clean and not quite what I would call dirty when I picked it up. The outside still did have bugs on the front of it from the last renter(s). There was a persistent water leak coming from the bathroom/shower area. About a week in to our trip I did check the air pressure in the tires and one tire had 42 PSI, the other three were less than 40 PSI. Trailer tires are supposed to be at 50 PSI - SERIOUS SAFETY ISSUE. Overall, the condition looked like a 10 year old trailer that had been neglected. I did get my deposit back fairly promptly. Given that this trailer was the newest trailer in their fleet I don't think I'll be renting from them again in the future. I've rented RV's from another rental place in Glendale and even their travel trailer that they had which was 8 years old at the time was in far better shape than this one that we rented.
