rev:text	Originally I was going to go to my dealership to get new wiper blades put on my Nissan juke but I figured AutoZone was right next to my house and the dealership is 30 minutes away. How hard could it be for them to put on wiper blades? I thought twice about going since I had already had a bad experience here once I made a great mistake and wasted an hour of my time when I should've went to the dealership. I came into the store and waited in line for about 15 minutes when there was only one person in front of me when it was finally my turn I told the guy the type of car I had and what I was looking for he took me to the wiper aisle and picked out the wipers that I needed took me back to the register and told me to wait while he checked out another person who had come after me when he should've been helping me he told me he would be right out and help me install the wiper blades so I waited outside by my car for another 15 minutes when no one came I went back inside and I was like what's going on? He prioritized a line of customers over helping me even though I was first and told me to go look for a guy outside who was changing someone else's lightbulb. I found the guy brought him to my car after he finished two other lightbulb car changes which took about another 15 minutes. I told him I had already been waiting about 35 minutes for someone to put these wipers on my car and that I had to leave -my child was in the car as well it was time for us to go not only could the incompetent employee not install the blades but then he told me oh the guy inside sold me the wrong ones and he didn't know which ones were the right ones completely unprofessional I got angry -my child was crying asking me why we were still there we were going on 45 minutes now. I walked back inside in a huff and said I want my money back now I've been waiting almost an hour I have to go. It only took the guy about three minutes to come over to me and refund my money absolutely incompetent service I will never be visiting the store again and I suggest you don't unless you like wasting your time. I would rate zero stars but it forces you to put at least one.
