  • Sorry Carnegie, this was a miss for me on so many levels. It didn't start well with the host talking on the phone and ignoring a long line of customers needing to be seated. I was standing right next to her, listening to her go over someone's work schedule--chatting away without a care in the world. This clearly was an issue that could've been handled after everyone was seated--I actually flagged a waiter over and got seated on our own. Ok fine. Next issue, the food. My chicken sandwich was not a fresh, grilled piece of chicken, but instead a rubbery and warmed up piece of meat. That would've been ok (I could've doctored it up with cheese and condiments), but it's the price per quality factor I have issue with. If I'm going to pay $16+ for a chicken sandwich, it had better be fresh meat. Two mediocre sandwiches and a side of fries was $42???? Uh, no thanks...
