  • NEVER, NEVER and I repeat NEVER use this company! My mortgage was bought out by them and I set up automatic payments to be taken out of my account. Home Point took money from my account in the wrong amount ($314.14 too much), but show no payments being made. I have talked to 8 people about this situation over 10 hours on the phone and they insist this couldn have happened. I am going to the goverment office that regulates mortgage companies next. If I could give negative stars, I would. This company is horrible and the customer service people can be extremely rude. Run in the other direction if you ever here their name in regard to them servicing your mortgage!!!
