  • Do NOT go to McKenzie! She will give up on your styling appointment halfway through and tell you the salon has run out of copper color toner. How does a salon run out of toner color, unless the stylist doesn't know how to fix her own work?!? New to the Vegas area thought I would try out a new salon for a cut and highlights. Based on her reviews sounded like a good option. McKenzie made me (a dark skinned ethnic woman) a Blond although I had asked for red toned hair, similar to what I had. After asking for a change she continued to try and convince me it looked fine. I'm eager to go home to my loved ones too, but please make me look pretty for what I'm paying!! Her continued attempts to alter my decision and in the end a careless attempt to finish the job will make me NEVER come back here again. Did I mention the other stylists were gossiping about how awkward this appointment was while I was in the same room?!?? Do yourself a favor and stay away. Wasted money and now a hair color I need to get fixed. Disappointed! How oh much I wanted to like this place....
