| - I have been here a couple of times; one time mid-day when it was not too busy and this time during evening. It was very busy and parking was a little challenging. Fortunately someone was leaving so I took their space.
The beer selection is large with more than 25 taps, and all a good variety of styles. They also have wine available if beer isn't your thing. I ordered a stout that I have had before and enjoy. My friend had a cider. This time I also ordered food. Looking over the menu they have a lot of variety, but I happened to see an odd tray someone left on our table. It was a cardboard compartmentalized tray with words written in each box. What the heck? Then I noticed on board by the wall there was a listing of specials. One said TV dinner, and that is what this tray was advertising. The special tonight was a Hawaiian pulled pork sandwich with a grilled pineapple & island sauce, Hawaiian macaroni salad, citrus vinaigrette salad, coconut rice, and banana cake w/ cream cheese frosting. I asked how much and it was $10 and change - cheaper than a burger. I was also intrigued by the special "Homemade pop tart", but I didn't order that. I went with the TV dinner and it was a lot of food. The pulled pork was excellent, but the cake stole the show. Man, what I nice meal that was - like no other TV dinner I have had, that's for certain.
The décor and ambiance of the bar is relaxing - very open, nice subway tiles, and an excellent staff. I highlight recommend this place.
