rev:text	Lived there for 6 years, when they acquired a new property manager everything went down hill!! Maintenance suffered and the landscapers were horrible!! A Couple of the girls in the office are miserable and feel like they are doing you a favor when you ask for maintenance or mail etc....it's their job!!! Moved out and got no money back from deposit, you will never get money back from this property!! We were in the last apt for 3 years and with the cheapest carpet they could find, it was terrible, of course you need new carpets after 3 years!!! We asked for new carpet but they said no and wouldn't install new until we moved out and of course they slammed US with the bill! They are devious and distrustful. Once you give your 30 day notice it's all over and your deposit is gone!!! Take heed if you decide to move there, it's all good at first, but then it goes down the crapper!! My advice DO NOT MOVE IN HERE, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOU WILL N E V E R GET IT BACK!!!
