  • If you have not been to Hedary's Mediterranean Restaurant you have not experienced perfection in Middle Eastern dining. Dropped in for a leisurely lunch on a Saturday afternoon. Somewhat surprised that at 2 o'clock they were VERY busy. As soon as we ordered I understood the reason for the full dining room! Started with the tender dolmas. Delicately seasoned and beautifully presented. The lentil soup with fresh baked pita was equally flavorful. We then had lamb kebabs and kibbi for our entrees. Tender chunks of lamb and vegetables perfectly grilled. The kibbi were tremendous balls of ground sirloin and bulgur with a center of pine nuts and spices The owner Joseph stopped by and talked about the dishes. His enthusiasm for his restaurant was evident. This will be one of our new favorite restaurants!
