I chose to update my review based off my most recent encounters. I made a new appointment at my last appointment but had to call and have it moved because I was going to be out of town. It was supposed to be changed to this past week. Well, I call this past Tuesday to find out the time because I was needing to make a doctors appointment and didn't want it to overlap with my hair appointment. Apparently when I rescheduled, Reese didn't write my appointment down. The girl on the phone said she could get me in this afternoon. Well I hadn't received my confirmation text so I called this morning to confirm and apparently this girl hadn't written my appointment down either. They tried to reschedule but I mentioned that I would be out of town for the next 3 weeks and since I couldn't get in today, not to bother. One mistake, I'm willing to overlook, but two, means I'm moving on to another salon, especially since nothing was done to fix the problem. 3 years with Jinia down the drain because the front desk staff can't do their job right. I'm sorry that you are now losing a valuable client.
