  • As we were leaving, the machine that processes the ticket wasn't accepting any credit cards, the tenant working at the time was very rude acting as if we were incapable of working the machine. However, the machine was working the same way for other customers leaving the garage. The tenant who "assisted" us told us he wasn't the tenant and told us to read the "f**cking directions". Horrible customer service. Keep a closer eye on those you hire, quality service is always appreciated... ignorant individuals aren't.
