  • No Morals, no values. This company is completely whack. After signing up with them, then equipment is installed and they have your money...they disappear. They Don't answer phones, don't call you back, don't tell you if your equipment is faulty. Etc. Now that my contract is up and I told them I want to cancel they don't call back. Unscrupulous! Don't fall for their sales schemes...their are other great comparable companies out there for less money and better customer service. Since Morgan P. from Safeguard suggested I call her at number on her response below, I decided to call her. I called several times during normal business hours but it goes to voicemail immediately and then message comes on saying mailbox is full and can't receive any messages. After that it disconnects phone call.
