  • I ordered a simple narino 70 cold brew through the Starbucks app from the Neil St/Carriage Center location in Champaign. I ordered when I was approximately 8 min away. The order confirmation stated that it would be ready in 3-8 min. When i get to the store, I was told by one counter employee that there was no order sticker for me. Another employee pointed to my sticker staring him in his face! He then proceeded to start making my drink. The drink gets 3 stars; the poor customer service gets 1 star.
