OMG! I guess you can provide HORRIBLE service when USPS is your competition. Paid for three day for a delivery from LA to PHX (6 hour drive). Supposed to be delivered today but it wasn't. Won't be delivered until tomorrow. Offered to go to the facility and pick it up myself but was told "no". The UPS "customer abuse" representative told me it was my fault because I didn't know UPS' policies. Then she hung up on me. WOW! UNBELIEVABLE!!! And I use to think it was impossible to be worse that USPS. I WAS WRONG!!!
