  • Thank god I bought my Ford F-150 from Gaudin Ford instead of giving one more penny to these guys. There service department is mediocre at best. I have an issue with my back up camera a few weeks ago. I went to Ford Country for an oil change and decided to speak to someone about the camera issue. They stated they are book for 3 weeks so I made the appointment for 7/7/17 and the girl said it would take most of the day so please make arrangements and I did. I get there this morning at my scheduled appointment at 7am as requested by them, to find out they "may not even look at my car till Monday or Tuesday!! WTF!!! The service manager was over heard by me saying "well where did he buy his truck" like that should matter for a service department!!! Also stated that we are over booked REALLY!!!! I will NEVER recommend these guy to service anything in any of my cars I come here cause it's convenient to the house. From now on I will give all my business to GAUDIN FORD!!! If anyone at Ford Country would like to discuss this I can be reached at 702-530-3775 I
