  • This is a horrible location. I went to their auto shop for a over heating issue in my car. They said I needed new hoses and a thermostat. Got my car back and the next day it was overheating and now dust was coming out of the vents. I called AAA to see what was going on and they said to bring it in as soon as I can, and I said I couldn't bring it in for about a week. They said it was fine. Well, later that day I ended up blowing my head gasket, which is what I wanted to prevent by bringing it in in the first place. They wanted to charge me $2100 for repairs, and that's with the 10% discount for being a AAA member. I towed my car to A+ Auto Doctors in Mesa and got everything done for $1400. However, while they were working on the engine, they discovered that my heatercore was cracked and that was the reason dust was blowing out of my vents. So not only did AAA not fix my car, but they damaged it even further because my heatercore was fine before I brought it to them. The cheaper shop charged me $500 to replace it because it's a very labor intensive process, I can't imagine what AAA would've charged. Plus A+ Auto Doctors gave me a loner car while my car was being worked on! A+ Auto Doctors also found a pipe that was the cause of all the problems to begin with, it had a corroded hole, and this pipe was located right next to the thermostat that they replaced twice! My aunt also got her car serviced here a few months back and they dented her hood majorly. The service area here is horrible and I will never use this location again for auto repairs. They didn't take any responsibility for their shotty work and now I'm out $3,000 for auto repairs. DONT USE THIS PLACE FOR ANY REPAIRS! If I could give 0 stars I would!
