  • I'd been going to ERU for several years. I definitely prefer threading over waxing, since I have sensitive skin. However, I had a couple issues with the company that I chose to overlook because I loved my threader, Pat (she's kind of a rockstar. any of her regular clients would agree). She left about a month ago & the 1st time I went to ERU after that, I had to wait for another person to get there 15-20min late to open. I have zero tolerance for lack of professionalism. Luckily, I was able to reconnect with Pat & am now seeing her at her new location (a very nice & inviting salon in the greater Spring Valley area).
