  • Rude, indifferent and definitely not customer service oriented. I went in for the first time to purchase wine. I roamed around for several minutes and got no offer for assistance from the staff. When I took my selection to the check out the employee standing there fiddled with the register and never asked me if I had found what I needed or thanked me for my business. Guess what folks? This ain't the old country. People here don't have to wait in line to buy things like wine and cheese!
