  • Mama Ricotta's did an excellent job serving our department for our Christmas luncheon. We have about 30 people and they were able to secure an area in the back for us. The servers were very attentive, friendly and quick. Our meal was served family style and we had a pre-set menu. The bruschetta was our appetizer. The tomatoes and basil were fresh on top of a slice of garlic toast. My bread was a tiny bit soggy so this one needed to be eaten quickly. Then we had the Tuscan salad. The house made mozzarella in this salad is to die for. For our main course, we had turkey prosciutto meatballs, rigatoni with meat sauce, penne,broccoli and chicken, and pasta primavera. The meatballs are huge, like almost as big as my fist. They have a good Italian meatball flavor and you forget It's actually made with turkey. All of the pastas were amazing, each with a different flavor. My favorite was the rigatoni with meat sauce. It had an amazing tomato flavor infused with seasoned meat and the pasta was cooked just right. My ultimate favorite dish here is the penne alla vodka which we did not have. Most of the time I come just for the penne alla vodka and never try anything else. So it was great to try other foods here. And again hats off to the staff. They even worked around us playing games between activities.
