  • See Express Fitness (same location) for more reviews. They changed the name...for good reason? The staff seem to be more on the ball here as of late. I don't see the owner at all anymore, maybe business is just that good? It's still a convenient neighborhood gym for me and I assume most others. I decided to keep my membership month-to-month because you just can't compete with location. I'll be interested in seeing newer posts from members here.
