  • Never use this company, they repaired a surface pro 3 cracked screen when clearly they should have said the crack happened again so we wasted $300 when they should have told us to get a new one in the first place. No I didn't say he dropped it actually, that is a lie. I said he took it out of his backpack and it was cracked. I called another store and took it in and they said because the original crack damaged the frame your company should not have replaced the screen. You took our money!
