  • Went to their new office this past Tuesday July 11th 2017 6days before my referral from the VA expired ( because of cancellations from Dr Bettencourt being called out of office and went on vacation) nothing but drama from start. The office staff was to lazy to make a call NOT once but twice for papers they needed, very stressful for a patient very ill( shouldn't go through , vETS & anyone with private insurance should avoid this office ( also they tell u they will email ur prescription and NEVER DO. Horrible office
