I've seen many pictures of Fukumimi Ramen from my coworker's and heard good reviews about them. I was really craving ramen because I thought about Naruto ramen and was roaming around Yelp. It's on Eastern and Tropicana, when you walk in the interior was very small (smaller than Monta on Spring Mountain and Decatur).
SERVICE
We were greeted right away and arrived around 1:20pm. They were kind of busy but not packed/no line. It took around a few minutes to be seated and received drinks immediately. Waitress was nice and patient because my party was not sure which broth they wanted to get. But overall good service.
FOOD
I ordered the Kara-miso Ramen (Spicy Miso) with thick noodles. By its appearance, the broth looks spicy but it was not as spicy as I thought it would be. Compared to other ramen places in Las Vegas the broth is actually spicy, other places just put a ton of spicy powder to make it "spicy". The ramen I ordered came with pork belly chashu, seasoned eggs, green onion, and sprouts PLUS corn (Kara-miso came with corn, what a bonus and it's delicious).
CONCLUSION
I will be back to try different tonkotsu broths they offer, but I wish their portions were a little bit bigger (especially the rice bowls). Good food, good service.
