  • If I could leave a negative star review I would. Let me begin by saying the gentleman (Marty) who installed our carpet was wonderful and respectful, and worked very hard. He arrived in the alotted time window. The prices were ok, not cheap, but not too expensive. We were quoted an install time of 3-5 hours, the job took a little over 9 hours. We called the office at the 5th hour hoping to get Marty another person to help, and ask why their time estimate was so far off. After asking the question of how long they have been in business (thinking maybe they are new at time estimates), it quickly went downhill from there. We were cussed out, threatened, and then cussed out via text after the phone call ended. We were never offered even an apology, and I waited a week until posting a review (for the inconvenience, threats or rude and uncalled for language). This has to be the most unprofessional and disturbing interaction I have ever experienced from a business in my entire life. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone!
