just awful, as per usual. It only took them 3 years to get their local phone number published correctly on the internet. Then today I take in a new 'refurbished' sprint phone to get activated. I had an appointment. I was 25 min early for my appointment, yet they assisted me 3 min. PAST my appointment time. Then, the guy who assisted me, who had been the podium check in rep.... came over to me. I told him I needed 3 things done: 1. activate the phone 2. transfer contacts 3. swap SD card with photos.
Absolutly none of the above was accompolished! He claimed to have activated phone but NEGLECTED to test the phone. He CLAIMED HE COULDN'T transfer the contacts. He FORGOT to swap the SD card. He moved on from me so quickly to the next clients..... I had to interuppt him and ask where my photo's were?? (He couldn't transfer the contacts after a short attempt.)
Well, he did swap the SD card.
I get to my car, dial *2 to reach customer service regarding the termination of one of my 3 lines. So the cell phone worked. I get home the cell phone DOES NOT WORK.
THE TECH AT THE RAINBOW STORE DIDN'T EVEN HAVE ENOUGH BRAINS TO FOLLOW TROUGH WITH HIS WORK TO CHECK THAT THE PHONE WAS IN FACT ACTIVATED!
So, I called customer service from home. Nice rep on the phone who made a new appointment for this same day up at the SKY POINTE store.
Not only were they able to correctly activate the phone (it needed an update) but the gal was able to transfer all the data, AND set up both my email accounts for me AND activated my blue tooth! Way to go Sky pointe!
Rainbow Store, you prove to be just awful, once again! Train your reps! Your customer service stinks. I will NEVER step foot in your store again except to see the manager to complain about this idiot who wasted my precious time today on my one day off! Oh.... I wish I knew your name!
