  • I moved here blindly from out of state and had no idea anything about Mesa. This apartment complex was ok. Not great. Not horrible. It was a bit on the ghetto side for my tatse. Random shady looking teenagers walking around all the time. Could hear neighbors arguing, loud music, my balcony faced the basketball courts and there was tons of kids at all hours playing basketball all night. Also random people partying at the pool all night. I mean, this IS MESA, it's a very old part of Phoenix and it is a lot of lower income families. Only lived there for 6 months and moved out
