  • What a joke. Scheduled a pickup for an entertainment center online (note: entertainment centers are listed as items that the Salvation Army will pickup) Waited around during my 8am-4pm pick-up window for someone to arrive. The truck arrived at 3. Before even seeing the item, the driver told me that he would not take it because the SA doesn't accept entertainment centers. 1. I know this is not true. I have seen similar pieces of furniture at their Clybourn store. 2. Don't waste your day waiting for these guys, it is certainly not worth it.
