Manager Mike, was very rude when trying to handle an exchange on a toy (that was well within their return/exchange period) Clearly he was already upset about something before we even got to the counter, but It doesn't mean he should be rude to a customer. He even snapped at one of the other employees during the exchange process.
When you price a kid's toy at $20 you'd expect it to last and not be broken out of the package. Aside from it already being broken and inconveniencing us to go back to the store, we don't need an attitude. We could have just very well returned the product or made a warranty claim on our credit card.
