  • Original Plan - Bloom gave us a very good design with a pretty good price. They told us they would start the project in 3-4 weeks and it would take 2 weeks to finish our backyard. New Plan - We are coming up on 6 months later and the backyard isn't finished. We have been complaining constantly about the work. Their planning skills are terrible. They have tried to pull people off other jobs to get to ours. They asked to do a final walkthrough and payment when the job still has trash, work that isn't finished, and no timeframe of when it will be finished. My wife and I haven't had half of our backyard able to be used for our 3 kids in almost 6 months. Not all of the delays have been their fault. Heavy rains caused a month of delays. That still puts us at almost 5 months and still work that isn't completed. They haven't offered anything to make it right. We had even asked them to price out finishing the rest of our patio with marbella tile as that part looked really good, but I am not sure if we can wait until 2016 for them to finish. It has taken a long time for me to finally write a bad review, but we have finally been pushed to this point. Zero accountability on their part. Too many apologies with no action.
