  • I am very sad. I was a loyal customer at the Murray Ave. location years ago and moved so that going to Squirrel Hill for a pedicure was no longer convenient. I have missed the place for years and went yesterday to get a pedicure at the Forbes location. I was truly shocked at the horrible service. The owner Kim spent more than half the time that she was working on me on the phone, and, it was a personal call, causing her to jab at me during cuticle removal and make me bleed simply because she wasn't paying attention. I got only a half hearted callus removal swipe which did absolutely nothing and I left with most of what I came in with. There was NO massage, just a small rubbing of lotion onto my legs at under 15 seconds per leg. It was nothing as it used to me where even though inexpensive it was thorough and you left feeling refreshed. The polish job is streaky and different levels of color on toes. I don't know what happened but I won't be returning and am unable to recommend this location to anyone.
