  • My personal experence with them was at least a couple years back (2009?), but was satisfactory. Called on them for estimate and install of an Aspen Air whole house air cleaner system. Best of my recollection all service calls were on time. When I have needed replacement filters, they have even dropped them to my door when a tech has been in the area. Your experience may vary, but I have been satisfied with the product and service received, though no service calls have been required after the initial installation.
