rev:text	This store is the worst experience I have ever had and I wish we had never dealt with them from the beginning. THEY ARE A SCAM! Do NOT GO THERE!! Here's my story. My husband and I sat down with Dave and he promised us a new fridge and washer and dryer set that we'd picked out in their store. Instance 1: The REASON we went with him is because he said he would deliver to our new house on moving day. The day before moving day we get a call that delivery will be delayed until the next day (for no reason, just that they were backed up - not my problem). The fridge & washer and dryer also didn't show up the next day. In the middle of moving my family, I had to call them and ask when my fridge was coming. have 2 small kids and did not have a working fridge or washer and dryer. Three days later it came. Instance 2: Delivery men were completely unprofessional...complaining that we had stairs in our new house. Fridge and washer/dryer were delivered. The water and ice maker on the fridge did not work. The dryer also was broken. Needed a new motherboard. They did not test these products prior to delivery. I was LIVID. A week went by with no updates and still no working washer/dryer. I called and said I wanted everything out of our house and wanted our money back. Dave gave me a run around answer about how he could replace the products and the fridge just needed a part. Keep in mind it was 115 degrees in the summer and I did not have the ability to even make myself or my children a glass of ice water. My husband finally had to go into Louie's, let them know this was completely unacceptable and they finally agreed to provide us a new fridge and washer and dryer. The washer and dryer were delivered the next day and we did not get to choose them. They were electric teal/green color and had dents and scratches all over. Instance 3: New fridge was delivered at the promise that we were upgraded to a BRAND NEW fridge. There is a huge dent on the door and another huge dent at the bottom of the freezer. This is a French door style fridge with a double drawer freezer...EXCEPT...wait for it... the middle drawer doesn't have the actual drawer in it. It has nothing...empty...so we can't utilize any of the space. The idiots delivered 2/3 of a fridge while they kept all of our money. Dave texted my husband saying he ordered the part and it would be one week. This was back on July 2nd. It's now September 4 and we still do not have a drawer to our fridge. I called the store every single day for 2 full weeks in August. First explaining I wanted my money back for the fridge. Dave said they don't do refunds. How can they not provide a refund on a fridge that we didn't even CHOOSE and a product that isn't even fully completed. I didn't get a say in shopping for my fridge...they simply sent one over. I demanded to speak to Louie the owner. Dave said - "oh no, you don't want to talk to Louie. He's not a people person. He's not nice." I explained that I can take care of myself and I wanted to talk to the owner. Still, he would not let me talk to him. I called the other Louie's store and asked for Louie. I left several messages for Louie and never received a call back. I let Dave know at this time we'd be taking him to small claims court. My husband tried to reason with them this past week. Went in the store and Dave just keeps telling us that the drawer for our fridge is being ordered. I asked him several times why he couldn't pick up the phone and get a tracking number from the supplier. Dave told us he'd get back to us by Wednesday. Of course he didn't. My husband called the supplier himself and had to pay extra money to get this drawer for our fridge ordered so we can have a complete product. Louies Appliance has lied to us and scammed us. Never did they have the intention to provide us the final piece of our unfinished product that they delivered. You'd think they'd check the products before delivering. I used to work for the local newspaper and TV station. I am great friends with the Business Editor of The Arizona Republic and I will be sharing my story with her as well. I will also be contacting consumer reporting "Call 12 for Action" on 12 news so they can help get the word out about this company scamming people. Again, DO NOT EVER GO HERE. It is a nightmare and this company should NOT be in business. Any positive reviews on this site HAD to be written by the owners themselves.
