  • I highly recommend Ed Bernstein and Associates. I was represented on a workman's comp injury claim and they did all the work and fought to get the most out of my case. They communicate with you via mail and phone consistently and were always honest and realistic with the entire process. From start to finish, my case took 14 months against my former employer. They got me great medical care through a reputable orthopedic surgeon and made sure I received physical therapy afterwards. I've read the negative reviews and I must say that those experiences did NOT apply to me. They took their standard share, 1/3 of the settlement. That's standard. They represented me, I NEVER had to appear. Parking is a bit of a challenge but I went to the office 4 times at most in the 14 months. Bart, the Senior Legal Assistant is great at keeping you in the loop. They did a fantastic job taking good care of me.
