  • The staff is AMAZING!! The office and staff makes you feel welcomed. We walked into the office and they had a welcome sign with my daughters name on it. The office doesn't make you feel like just another doctor appointment with the beach theme ... so cute! Went for a consultation, they took x-ray's and explained what needs to be done, what to expect and how long the braces will be on. My insurance does not cover this office; however they worked with me on an affordable payment plan. When we went back for the braces, my daughter was extremely nervous. The staff was full of smiles, explained everything to her and kept her calm. They talked to her as they were putting the braces on, what they were doing and what to expect. It was quick to put them on and they answered all our questions, showed my daughter how to take care of her braces, how their incentives work for prizes. So far, we are very happy and we love it!
