Caesars palace is very confusing... We arrived from the strip and took a right to some random street and then found the parking structure. We parked (pretty far) on the 4th level, and then walked in the 40 degree weather. We came in by the shopping area. We walked all the way around 3 times until we finally got to the front entrance check in area. There were not signs letting you know where ANYTHING IS. There is some small signs SOMETIMES where you can find SOME stuff but none for restrooms or anything. They need way more restrooms and the only one by the back area is in the food court...food court food was about $12-$15 per person for normal food...the tables were never open only in the high rollers room and in the main place. Our room wasn't bad but needed more lighting. There was no bathtub and the sofa was ripped slightly but that wasn't the main concern. To the Hispanic man with the glasses and an accent at the bar by the nightclub: you are the meanest person I have ever met and I will never get a drink from you or come here again. Someone please talk to this person or remove him...I sat at the bar and just wanted some margaritas while I was playing video poker. So I ordered them and he said he is going to charge me for both. I asked him why and he said I have to play and only have 1 at a time even though my girlfriend was in the bathroom waiting for one. Nothing blended he said..So I said okay then just one for me since I'm playing and he said I can't I have to charge you. He asked for my ID and took out his flashlight and stared at it, then put it up next to my face and compared it to me, and he put my ID down on the table. He said start playing and I'll come back in a little to take your order...so I put in $20 and was playing quarter black jack. He comes back 5 minutes later and I put my hand up for help and he helps the man next to me first so I waited another 5 minutes. He then comes to me and says I need to be playing..and I said I am!!! (I was so pissed off but I did not say anything).. he said I have to be playing $1.00 per hand $20 minimum which I did and I was down to $10.00 so I asked him and said look I'm trying to just get some drinks I tried to raise the bet but the machine wasn't working so he stood there looking like an idiot staring me down and taking a deep breath...he touched my machine and played 4 quarters and said there I have to play that for atleast 10 minutes then he will come back and he left. I said forget this took my girlfriend and left..
