  • Who charges for fountain pop refills??? Osteria does. I had no idea I was being charged this and racked up an extra 20 dollars on pop. There isn't a single high end restaurant anywhere in North America that does that. Super disappointed and reminded by others how they sneak extra charges on the bill. Won't be back.
