| - What a breath of fresh air. My employer recently switched our vision insurance, and gave us a huge list of providers. I was very happy with my old eye doctor, but they didn't take our new insurance. I went to a few places on the list, in San tan village, and was met with a hard sell. My husband and I decided to go check out Nationwide ( it was on the list also) and were instantly greeted by a girl with a huge smile on her face. She asked us if there was anything she could help us with, and after our last experience a few minutes ago, I quickly asked her if she knew of our new insurance, because it was very confusing. She asked us a few simple questions, found our insurance, and even gave us a piece of paper that explained our new plan. She helped us both look at new glasses. She made us feel comfortable, all while handing my husband and I glasses to try on. She listened to us, and didn't make us sit down at a computer like the other places did to crunch numbers. My husband and I are very impressed.
