rev:text	I had some issues with this company. The employees who cut my concrete were polite and hard working. However, there was a problem with the quote over the phone regarding the actual removal of the concrete... when I gave the dimensions of the concrete I wanted to be removed the lady computed less than half of the volume... so you can imagine what that did to the price once things were already cut and partially removed. My biggest issue is that the guys insisted on parking on my driveway rather than the street. That's totally fine, except their generator on the truck was leaking so much oil it leaked all over my brick paver driveway. I'll post pictures to prove it... The owner called me back a bunch of times while I was in a meeting, and then every attempt by me to contact over the next few days was unsuccessful and there were no more return calls from him. So - needless to say, I have to eat the cost of repairing the damage left by his truck. I really wish I would have been able to work this out with the owner.... All in all, the employees were nice, but the service was lacking. 2 stars because this is construction (so perfect service is not always expected), they did make the cuts in my concrete, and the workers are nice. Not 5 stars because of the quote issue which was only brought up after the work was half done and I was locked in, and also because of the damage to my property. I really wanted to like these guys and use them for more projects. I can recommend them still - but make sure the quote is accurate and confirmed in writing BEFORE they start cutting, and make them park on the street.
