  • I am updating my review due to the fact that we had a great experience with the sales department compared to the awful experience with the service department on our initial visit to this dealership. My husband and I were a little hesitant in giving this dealership another try but we thought what the heck, let's go give them one more chance! We wanted to buy a 4Runner so we wanted to look around. Ron Carter came out and greeted us immediately and took us around the lot and showed us all the different models they had available and helped us by answering all the questions we had about the 4Runner. We left feeling pretty good not pressured whatsoever to buy a car. We went home and did a little more research on other Toyota models and decided in the end that the Camry would fit the bill. Ron left such a good impression on us so we wanted to go back and see him which we did a few days later. He made the whole car buying experience really pleasant and we left with the Camry that evening. Ron was really great and easy to work with and we would recommend him to everyone.
