  • Started off on the right foot, Allen and Cory always keeping in contact with me about the status of my car. Went to pick up my car and as I walked up noticed a huge crease in the paint which happened during the accident. They "didn't see it"..I was told. I even had to point it out to them! They took it back again, after they had it for A WEEK! Got it back the next day and there was now a gap between the headlights and the bumper! I again had to point it out because they couldnt tell what I was talking about. They tried to "fix it" in front of me by pushing in my bumper-no go, didnt work. Then they decided to argue with me that because my husband said not to touch the aftermarket headlights, that they couldnt fix the gap..the headlights had nothing to do with it! CLEARLY it was one excuse out of another! This new gap was not there when we had gone to pick up my car in the first place..it appeared after they fixed the crease! How would they feel if they had this run around with their car?! Took it home because I was done with being argued with and my husband, removed the bumper to find the bumper bracket was tweeked and needed re adjusted, after my husband did that, we were able to make the bumper slide back into place..go figure! I think they are lazy and only do the very minimum that needs done. I had to point out two flaws to a car technician! I would save yourself the agony and go to someone you can trust!
