  • Second time my husband and I have used them. We bought our first camera system from Costco. Great product. Easy to use. Tech support was very helpful when we had a question. We needed to buy a new dvr. Because we had a problem with the old one we had for four years. Again Customer service was wonderful and very helpful. We bought a new dvr. We were given a delivery due date that was acceptable. We got our new dvr a week earlier than expected. We will continue to use them. We have friends and family we have turned onto Lorextech for their home security system.
