  • While the service was fine and attentive, I was really disappointed with the availability of options. I was looking for a simple ring band with a particular stone that they sold. However, if the band isn't sold with the stone you want, it is not available. You have to purchase the band with the stone that it comes with, then purchase the stone that you want separately. Now you have a stone that you didn't want left over after they place the one that you did want in the band. Not the kind of service I expected from an established jewelry store. Their response was that I can purchase it online where the variety is much wider. While this is true, I wanted to see the product with my own eyes, not through some picture that was perfected for marketing the item.
